Can't Find Your Product?
If you are having difficulty finding your product please consider the following.
On our website there are two ways by which you can find your product.
- Brand & Machine Model
- Cartridge Model
Brand & Machine Model
If you select the brand of your product this will take you to a page where all the machines manufactured by your brand are listed. On this page, find your machine and click on it (the list is listed in alphabetical order from top to bottom and sorted into columns from left to right). This will take you to the next page where you will find all the products we sell for your particular machine. For even more detailed information on the product simply click on the image or the header.
Cartridge Model
Another way of finding your product is to type in your cartridge model in the search bar located in the orange column at the top left corner of the page. You can enter any combination of letters and the search will display any and all items associated with the letters you put in.
Keep in mind that many different products share similar numbers and if your entry is not specific your search will return an assortment of products that share the information you entered. Therefore, the more precise your entry the more likely your specific product will be displayed. Let’s say you are looking for the Brother TN-350. If you enter 350 without the TN quite a few products will be displayed. On the other hand, if you enter TN350 (with or without the -) the specific cartridge you requested will be retrieved (in most cases both the OEM and the Compatible version of the cartridge you are looking for will be displayed).
I Still Can’t Find My Product
In the event you have tried the above searches and still could not locate the product you are looking for there may be several reasons. The product may not be available for us to sell yet. The product you are looking for is unusual and while we may be able to get it for you, it is not part of our current catalog.
