About Our Products
Integrity Toner prides itself on selling the highest quality imaging supplies. We offer both OEM and Compatible supplies. For more information, please read below.
OEM Supplies
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacture. All supplies indicated on this website as OEM specify that the product is brand new and is from the actual brand manufacturer. For instance an HP OEM inkjet cartridge is an actual original HP inkjet cartridge manufactured by the HP company and comes in an original HP box.
Compatible Supplies
Compatible supplies are all products for sale on this website that are not OEM supplies.
Compatible supplies are remanufactured OEM supplies. These products are made by taking a used OEM cartridge shell (core) and replacing the inner parts (drums, gears, etc.) and then filled to the original standard level with ink/toner. A high quality compatible cartridge will work as well as and long as an OEM cartridge.

The Best Overall Choice: In a fair value assessment the Integrity Toner Compatible matches the OEM in all major categories for quality, reliability and warranty. However, the Integrity Toner Compatible is a much better value and offers substantial savings, up to 65%.
If you would like to read more about our compatible cartridges and how they are made please see our 10 Point Quality Check.
While the remanufacturing industry has many different levels of quality we would like to assure you that all the compatible products for sale at Integrity Toner are ISO certified and manufactured to the highest technical standards. This is why Integrity Toner offers an unconditional 1-year guarantee against workmanship or manufacturing defects of any kind.
The Compatible Industry Has Changed, for the Better
Twenty years ago the remanufacturing industry simply drilled a hole in the cartridge and filled it with toner. Naturally, this was a bad idea. The ink cartridge and the toner cartridge have quite a few parts that need replacing, if they are not replaced they can cause your printer problems.
Today, however, the process has improved dramatically. Integrity Toner buys all their compatible products from US manufacturers that comply not only with ISO certifications but also maintain the highest standards of quality. All our products undergo rigorous testing and are never shipped unless they work perfectly.
You may feel that compatible products may still be a cause for concern. You are right. While Integrity Toner sells the highest quality compatible products there are many retailers (online and offline) that do not adhere to the highest standards when it comes to remanufacturing their cartridges. Unfortunately, cutting corners to save money is not a good idea. The next time you see a cartridge advertised for a really low price, beware. The reasons for such low prices are commensurate with the quality of the product. A low price in the imaging industry is synonymous with low quality. That is why we feel so strongly about selling only high quality cartridges. In fact, it is virtually impossible for an Integrity Toner cartridge to damage your machine.
Quality and Manufacturing
The manufacturing process at Integrity Toner is a testament to our commitment to quality. Each cartridge undergoes a thorough cleaning, inspection, and testing process before they are deemed worthy for release.
After the empty core arrives, it is disassembled in the following manner:
- Toner hopper - Cleaned
- Waste collection unit - Cleaned
- Drum - Replaced
- PCR (Primary charge roller)- Replaced
- MAG roller (Magnetic roller) - Replaced
- Wiper blades-Replaced
- Doctor blades-Replaced
Each of these components are cleaned and/or replaced each time a used cartridge is remanufactured.
The toner hopper and waste collector are cleaned with compressed air in a special cleaning room, and wiped down with a lint-free cloth to extract toner particles.
- A brand new drum is replaced every time we remanufacture a cartridge. We realize that the drum is the most instrumental part of the cartridge and cannot be compromised with substandard equipment.
- A brand new PCR and MAG roller are replaced each time as well. These items are responsible for the transportation of toner through the imaging process. If toner is not properly transported, copy quality issues arise. Both of the PCR and MAG rollers have a synthetic coating and are subject to constant wear. Therefore, replacement is absolutely necessary.
- The wiper and doctor blades aid in cleaning the surface of the drum and MAG roller respectively after each image is produced. Over time, the rubber of the blades (much like that of a windshield wiper blade) becomes worn and can cause rotational scratches to the surface of the drum and MAG roller.
- After each cartridge is completely reassembled, a toner seal is put on to prevent leakage between the hopper and waste collector.
- The cartridge then goes into 60 page testing, where copy quality, such as darkness, print clarity and print density, is rigorously checked before packaging.
