Shipping Information
Prompt Delivery
All orders placed with Integrity Toner prior to 3:00 PM EST are expected to ship the same day. In the event the product you ordered is on back order for more than 48 hrs. we will notify you directly. Over 99% of all Integrity Toner orders are shipped the same day the order is placed.
All orders are shipped ground from our various warehouses in the continental USA. Typical orders will arrive in 2-3 days from the date the order was placed. In some cases, due to the customer’s geographic distance from the warehouse, the orders may take up to 4-5 days to arrive.
Tracking
All orders are assigned order numbers and tracking numbers (as soon as we get them from the courier they are posted to your account beside your order). To track your order simply log onto your account and go to the order in question and you will see a link to track your order. If you cannot locate your tracking number or if the tracking number is not working, please contact our customer service center at 888-621-2123 or email us.
Destinations
Integrity Toner does not do business internationally. Integrity Toner ships only to the contiguous 48 lower states.
Delivery Problems
If the box being delivered to you is damaged do not refuse it. Accept the package and then notify us by calling our customer service center at 888-621-2123 or email us. We will ask you a few questions and then issue you an RMA tag to retrieve the package. In the meantime, we will send you a replacement order right away.
In the event your package does not contain all the products you ordered contact our customer service center at 888-621-2123 or email us. Two reasons are possible for why certain products are not in the package. One, the product may be shipped from another warehouse and will arrive in another package. Two, the product was omitted by an error of some kind. Either way, contact us and we will find out what happened and fix it.
In the event the courier loses the package contact our customer service center at 888-621-2123 or email us. We will try to track down the package and find out if it is still in transit. If we cannot locate the package within 24 hrs of your claim we will simply re-ship the order to you at no extra charge.
